Model International Mobility Convention: An Inter-American System of human rights reflection on the non-criminalization principle

چکیده

This paper aims at providing an Inter-American reflection on the Model International Mobility Convention (MIMC). First, it offers introductory overview of MIMC. Next, analyzes drafter’s background, and references to assess a perspective States members System human rights was considered. The claims need for participatory assessment scholars that provide view. Finally, suggests some additions MIMC regarding principle non-criminalization migration, based mainly Brazilian law Court Human Rights jurisprudence. Other contributions are also relevant be object further studies.
